What happens after the equipment arrives.
Buying medical or surgical equipment is a longer relationship than the delivery date — here's how warranty coverage, repairs, and maintenance contracts actually work with us.
Manufacturer warranty
Every device we supply carries the manufacturer's standard warranty term, honored and serviced locally through our team rather than routed back overseas. Warranty length varies by product — it's listed on the individual product page, and our sales team confirms it in writing at the time of order for institutional purchases.
In-warranty repair
If a covered device fails within its warranty period, we diagnose and repair or replace it at no charge, subject to the manufacturer's fault-coverage terms (physical damage, misuse, and unauthorized modification are typically excluded — same as any manufacturer warranty). A technician visit is scheduled for equipment that can't be shipped back easily.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
For hospital and clinic equipment, an AMC covers scheduled preventive maintenance visits plus priority response on breakdowns, once the manufacturer warranty period ends. This is the standard way hospitals in Bangladesh keep imaging and diagnostic equipment compliant and running without a coverage gap — ask your account contact to set one up before your warranty expires.
Out-of-warranty service
Equipment outside its warranty and without an active AMC can still be serviced on a paid, per-call basis. We quote the diagnostic/labor cost before any work begins, and use manufacturer-approved parts wherever the original supplier still stocks them.
