Terms of Service

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
• Placing an order through checkout is an offer to purchase — we confirm the order once stock and details are verified. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud), in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment already taken.
• Institutional and tender-based orders are governed by the specific quotation and purchase order agreed with our sales team, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Orders are confirmed as Cash on Delivery by default. Where an online payment gateway is enabled for your order, payment terms and any gateway-specific conditions will be shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery timelines depend on the product and destination and are communicated at order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Please inspect equipment on delivery and report any transit damage immediately — see our Return & Refund Policy for how that's handled.

We make reasonable efforts to keep specifications, images, and pricing accurate, but manufacturer specifications can change and occasional errors are possible. If a listed specification is materially wrong, contact us before ordering — we'll confirm the correct details in writing.

Equipment warranty, repair, and Annual Maintenance Contract terms are set out separately on our Warranty, Service & AMC page and form part of these terms for any order that includes covered equipment.

You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting us directly — once equipment has shipped or installation has begun, cancellation is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Site content, product photography, and branding belong to National Healthcare Services or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer trademarks and specifications remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from equipment use, installation delays, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
