Return & Refund Policy

• Unopened, unused equipment in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
• Items that arrive with transit damage or a manufacturing defect — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, before use.
• An item that doesn't match what you ordered (wrong product or model shipped).

• Used or opened consumables, single-use items, and disposables (needles, probes, dressings, and similar) — for hygiene and safety reasons, these cannot be resold once opened, regardless of condition.
• Equipment that has been installed, calibrated, or used at a facility.
• Custom or special-order items sourced specifically for your order.
• Devices with a fault covered under manufacturer warranty — these are handled as a repair under our Warranty, Service & AMC terms, not as a return.

Email info@nationalhcltd.com or call +8801708887936 with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We'll confirm eligibility and, if approved, arrange collection or provide a return address.

• Approved returns are refunded using the original payment method where possible; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, transit damage, or a manufacturing defect).

Hospital and institutional orders placed against a formal quotation or purchase order follow the return/acceptance terms agreed in that document where they differ from this policy.
